This is a place with history, woven into the fabric of the village of Chludowo for over 100 years. It was originally established as a milk collection point for milk from local farmers' herds, but at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, it transformed into a hotel and restaurant. And from April 2023, it began operating under a new, yet historically continuous name - as Mleczarnia Hotel and Restaurant. It is here that we would like to invite you to continue co-creating this story.
Rooms
The kitchen is open from Tuesday to Sunday. We change the menu seasonally, use local products, and have meat, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes available.
To relax, it is best to be in contact with nature. On our grounds, the wrzosówki sheep find refuge. Nearby, we recommend greeting our parrots, including the royal rozella, modrolotka kozia, budgerigar, lovebird, ring-necked parakeet, or diamond doves.
There is free parking available for our guests. It is located after entering through the left gate into the premises. There is also the possibility to use the parking on the street in front of the building.
In our restaurant, there are wines specially selected by the sommelier to suit every occasion.
In our café at the reception, we serve Lavazza ¡TIERRA 100% Arabica coffee from Colombia, harvested from the regions: Meta, Armenia, Antioquia, and Huila.
In the summer, you can taste ice cream made from natural, carefully selected ingredients that always delight with a fresh and intense flavor.

This is a place of culinary feast, where people cook with true passion and commitment. In the morning, it smells of freshly roasted coffee and sweet desserts. And in the afternoon, we invite you to a delicious lunch. We encourage you to explore the seasonal menu, where exquisitely prepared meats reign. We also have an extensive offer of wines, other alcoholic beverages, and craft beer supplied by a small brewery in Greater Poland. We wish for our restaurant near Poznań to become a place where guests can find respite from everyday life during the celebration of a shared meal.
